Frequently asked questions
How does the diff highlight work?
The diff mode compares images pixel-by-pixel. Pixels that differ between the two images are highlighted in red, while matching pixels are shown dimmed. The sensitivity slider controls how much difference triggers a highlight.
Do both images need to be the same size?
No. The tool scales both images to match the first image's dimensions for comparison. For best results, use images of the same resolution.
Can I download the diff result?
Yes. The download button saves the currently displayed view — whether that's the side-by-side, slider, or diff highlight — as a PNG.
What modes are available?
Three modes: Side-by-side (both images next to each other), Slider (drag to reveal one image under the other), and Diff (pixel-level difference highlighted in red).
