Questions, answered
Short answers about water, posture breaks, mood check-ins and privacy.
How much water should I drink in a day?
Needs vary with body size, weather, activity and health. A common starting target is about 2 litres, which is 8 glasses of 250 ml. This tracker lets you set a goal from 4 to 12 glasses. If a medical condition affects your fluid intake, follow your doctor's advice.
How often should I take a posture break?
A commonly suggested habit is to change position or stand up about every 30 minutes. You can choose 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes in the posture reminder.
How does the mood check-in work?
Pick one of five moods, add an optional short note and save. The check-in is stored with today's date and the last 7 days show as a small chart. It is a self-reflection aid, not a diagnosis.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your water count, breaks, moods and notes are stored only in this browser on this device using local storage. Nothing is sent to a server. Clearing site data removes it.
Do posture reminders work if I close the tab?
No. The timer runs while this page stays open, including in a background tab. You can also allow browser notifications so the alert is visible when you are in another window.
Is Daily Care Schedule free?
Yes. It is free to use, needs no account and works in any modern browser on phone or desktop.
